What happens at Balmoral Camp?
Activities vary camp to camp – as a guide, Balmoral Camps can include:
- Stand Up Paddle Boarding – 90mins
- Snorkelling
- Building Activities – Shelter Build, Bridge Build, Stretcher Build
- Group Challenges – games that require teamwork or initiative to complete, such as “Minefield”, “Toxic Crossing” etc
- Bush Walks & Scavenger Challenges
- Beach Games – Leaky Pipe, Sandcastle Battles etc
- Code Breaker Puzzles
- Mass-Games (Team vs Team in various games)
- Adventure Relay
- Prize Auction – the grand finale of all Adventure Camps
- NOTE: During winter we don’t do swimming / water activities
Location
1st Balmoral Sea Scouts Hall, Balmoral Park, The Esplanade, Mosman NSW 2088.
Right next to Balmoral Beach and Balmoral Oval, Adventure Camp HQ is in the Sea Scouts Hall. We explore from there.
Our Balmoral Camps have more space than most – so we play plenty of big, fun outdoor games.
We also spend lots of time down at the beach, and make our way up to Middle Head for some fun in the old gunners barracks.
Drop Off Point: Balmoral Park, The Esplanade (next to Balmoral Sailing Club)
Hours
Our general hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Kids need to be dropped off no later than 9am and may be collected any time after 4:45pm – but no later than 5:30pm
Camp hours can change, please check the ticketing page when booking.
Rates
$325.00 for 3 days (Includes all booking fees)
Payment can be made by Credit Card.
