Before contacting Adventure Camp, please check our Frequently Asked Questions & key information listed on this page. Please note that Adventure Camp does not have a full-time staff, and as such we may take up to 3 business days to get back to your enquiry either by phone or email.

The Camp I want to attend is SOLD OUT - Can I still purchase a ticket?

Unfortunately, our camps do sell out quite fast – if you cannot purchase tickets through our Camp Calendar Page and booking system, that camp has reached it’s maximum capacity. Once a camp has sold out, you will need to join a Waiting List.

All of our camps have set ratios of staff to attendees for our child & activity safety policies.  We also have limited space and equipment at certain venues, which is why we have maximum capacity rules in place.  As such, we cannot add in a child without a cancellation or withdrawal.

The best option is to sign up to the waiting list and we will contact you if a spot becomes available.

What happens when I join the Waiting List? How will I know if I get a spot via a cancellation?

Should a cancellation occur, we will contact everyone on the waitlist via email or SMS.

Please ensure that the email address you provide is one that you check regularly and have easy access to so as to ensure you do not miss this – also please ensure this is not a work email with an “out of office” reply.

Waitlist spots are provided on a first-come-first-served basis once contacted.

How do I make sure I don't miss out on future camps?

The best way to get in quick for our camps is to join our Mailing List (you can sign up below) – this is always the first way people find out about upcoming camp dates.

Please note that if you have joined a waiting list, or previously purchased a ticket to camp, you will be automatically added to our mailing list.

We always recommend booking in early to avoid disappointment.
